ELAINE FLETCHER

Elaine Fletcher is an experienced and nurturing yoga teacher. Elaine has been teaching since 1992. Having gained her qualification with the British Wheel of Yoga , the largest yoga organization in the U.K. and subsequently working with teachers who are also osteopaths Elaine’s approach emphasizes the natural alignment of the body in posture work. Her focus is on undoing tension and using the breath to create a sense of well- being.

Elaine has gone on to undertake the required training so as to be able to offer BWY Teacher Training Diploma and has run four courses in Essex and has co- tutored two Integration Courses in the London area.

Now living just outside Rye Elaine is keen to encourage those who, through their own love and experience of the benefits that yoga can bring, are thinking of the next step - to undertake the necessary teacher training so they can go out and teach Yoga .
