PAULA ROBERTS Paula Roberts is a qualified MAR/ITEC Dip/Member of Association of Reflexologists. Paula has over 11 years experience working in both the UK and India and often incorporates the use of herbs, nutrition or homeopathy into a course of treatment to get the best results. Paula has been running a successful practice for the last eight years at the Neal’s Yard Therapy Rooms, in London, where she built up a very devoted clientele, both before, during and after their pregnancy and birth experience; she is now also in Hastings offering Reflexology for Pregnancy/Fertility, as well as general Reflexology treatments. Explains Paula: I’m passionate about natural health and the benefits of a holistic approach to treatment. This has led me to develop my own unique methods incorporating reflexology, massage and relaxation techniques. I have used reflexology through both of my own pregnancies with great success and believe that birth should be an empowering, natural and positive experience for women.
