MEDITATION
Active Meditation is a new way of taking care of both the outer and the inner you. Each session starts with physical activity such as breathing, shaking, humming or dancing and is followed by relaxation and stillness. This is when meditation can happen – a time just to be aware of your body sensations, thoughts and feelings in a self-accepting way without judgement. Price: £39 for a six-week course or £7 for a drop in class (spaces allowing). A 50% deposit is required for a course booking.
