Here's the week's Pilates Matwork schedule...
Monday: 1.00 p.m. - 2.00 p.m. Pilates Mat Class, with Anita Forjan
Wednesday: 5.00 - 6.00 p.m. Pilates Mat Class with Anita Forjan
Friday: 10.00 - 11.00 a.m. Pilates Mat Class with Vikki Banks
Friday: 5.30 - 6.30 p.m. Beginners Pilates Mat Class with Sue Morgan
Saturday: 12.45 - 1.45 p.m. Beginners Pilates Mat Class with Sue Morgan

Please do take a few minutes before your first class to explain to the teacher your fitness experience, how much Pilates you've done before (if any) and any injuries or physical challenges. It's OK for beginners to attend general level classes as well as Beginners classes, but do mention how much Pilates you’ve done (if any) to the instructor, at the start of class.
