Here's the week's Pilates Matwork schedule...
Monday: 1.00 - 2.00 p.m. with Glenda Petersen
Monday: 4.00 - 5.00 p.m. with Sue Morgan
Tuesday: 8.00 - 9.00 a.m. with Glenda Petersen
Wednesday: 1.00 - 2.00 p.m. with Sue Morgan
Wednesday: 5.00 - 6.00 p.m. with Glenda Petersen (takes place in Pilates Studio on First Floor)
Thursday: 8.00 - 9.00 a.m. with Glenda Petersen
Friday: 10.00 - 11.00 a.m. with Vikki Banks
Friday: 5.30 - 6.30 p.m. with Sue Morgan
Saturday: 12.45 - 1.45 p.m. with Sue Morgan

Please do take a few minutes before your first class to explain to the teacher your fitness experience, how much Pilates you've done before (if any) and any injuries or physical challenges. It's OK for beginners to attend general level classes as well as Beginners classes, but do mention how much Pilates you’ve done (if any) to the instructor, at the start of class.
