QIGONG/SHIATSU and YOGA/SHIATSU
Catherine Burnett has found that by combining Shiatsu massage with a physical therapy such as Yoga or Qigong, the treatment can become even more powerful and effective. So she has put together special packages to enable you to maximise the benefits of these therapies… The sessions can be taken separately or one after another (the Studio session precedes the massage element of the treatment).
First of all you will have time with your teacher in our beautiful second-floor Yoga Studio - with its treetop and sea views - in a one-on-one session of Qigong with Catherine, or (if you prefer), Yoga with Romana Balle. (Romana teaches our Monday morning ‘early bird’ Yoga class.) This is a perfect introduction either to Qigong, or to Yoga - or a great way to deepen your practice…
Catherine will then whisk you to her treatment room for a Shiatsu massage, so that you can enjoy the full benefits of this therapy - so effective at dealing with stress, tension, problems with muscles and joints (including back pain and posture problems), as well as low energy and fatigue.
Catherine Burnett offers Shiatsu on Tuesdays from 12.45 - 6 p.m., and Wednesdays on 2 p.m. - 6 p.m. and alternate Saturdays from 1 p.m. - 5 p.m. (please check with our Admin team for her exact days, and to schedule your one-on-one session at a time when our Studio can be all yours…) If you choose a Shiatsu/Yoga package, they will also liaise with Romana for a time that suits you all. Might sound complicated, but we promise we’ll make it easy - and so enjoyable - for you…
Prices
The combined Qigong/Shiatsu or Yoga/Shiatsu sessions are £55 and take two-and-a-quarter hours, in all. The sessions can be scheduled separately, but we advise for best results a session of consecutive treatments. It taken separately, we ask for full payment of both sessions when you pay for your first treatment.
