Lisa is a highly-trained Yoga teacher who will ensure that you receive close attention during the class in order to help with your postures, ensuring that those who have done Yoga for a long time are suitably challenged - while newcomers are introduced to this very popular form of exercise in a gentle, encouraging and non-competitive way.
We provide mats and blankets, although you can also buy your own high-quality yoga mat in our boutique.

Yoga can support and nourish you through the challenges of pregnancy and childbirth. This gentle, energising and nurturing class combines fluid movement, breath, sound and deep relaxation techniques specifically designed to help women enjoy and celebrate the journey to motherhood…

This course is repeated in 6-week blocks which are priced £54; and places are limited so please book early. You can repeat this class throughout your pregnancy.

Mindful Vinyasa Flowing Yoga Workshop with Romana Balle

During this workshop, Romana Balle will lead you through flowing Yoga sequences co-ordinated with breath to release tensions and blockages and to invigorate and strengthen the body. It will be followed by candlelit restorative Yoga and Meditation, leaving you relaxed and revitalised.

This six-week course works on self-confidence and stress relief to help change your whole outlook on life.
Your body will become more flexible and graceful, and the course will benefit all body types...
• The class starts with a small safe warm-up

Qigong and Taoist Meditation Course with

During this course, led by very popular teacher Catherine Burnett, you will be practising the wonderful Nine Forms of Pre- Heaven Qigong and learning the foundations of ancient Taoist Meditation, including harmonising and developing the 'Three Treasures' of Essence, Energy and Spirit.
You will also enjoy a greater awareness of chi by working more energetically with Shibashi set 1, learning to open the joints to improve chi flow, the ripple effect and connecting with acupoints, such as the inner and outer gate. New beginners welcome.
