Michelle trained with the British Wheel of Yoga. She went to her first yoga class in 2009, here at The Wellington Health & Wellbeing Centre and loved it immediately.
Over time her interest grew and in 2013 she started the BWYQ Level 4 Diploma yoga teacher training course. Most of her teacher training was held at The Wellington Centre so she is delighted to have come full circle, having started her yoga journey at the Centre and now to be teaching here.
The style of yoga she teaches is gentle and slow. There is time to consider each posture, think about the breath and be mindful of the body. The classes are relaxed and fun, and are suitable for adult beginners of any age.
