It’s my mission to find out why you might be suffering, and address the root cause. That could be a vitamin or mineral deficiency, a food intolerance, a hormone imbalance or an issue with the micro-organisms in your gut, among many other possibilities.

Nutritional therapy is about using food and natural supplements to support your body’s ability to heal itself. This takes detective work to uncover what your body needs. I take a thorough health history, analyse your current diet, conduct laboratory tests and use evidence-based research to put together the puzzle.
Your support from me will come in a personalised plan which includes detailed advice on what to eat, botanical medicines, supplements, lifestyle recommendations, or a specialised diet plan, for example, to identify food intolerances or lose weight.
My approach is different to mainstream medicine, and it can take time to connect the dots, analyse test results and get to the root of a health problem, so I prefer to work over at least four sessions. However, you can book just one initial session, where I will take an in-depth history of your health before creating your personal plan which I will email to you.
