After practicing yoga for 10 years, Jessica graduated as a teacher from renowned London school ‘Yoga Campus’. She is passionate about sharing yoga with others in a relaxed and non-competitive atmosphere.
Her flow classes involve creative sequences with each posture flowing smoothly into the next. The movements of the body synchronise with each breath. The slow flow allows time to focus on correct alignment in postures and breathing. Sequences are built around themes, changing each week. Her flow classes end with relaxation and sometimes meditation and or pranayama. The combination of flow and relaxation will leave you recharged and calm.

Slow Flow Yoga
Thursday’s lunchtime flow class involves creative sequences with each posture flowing smoothly to the next. The movements are synchronised with the breath, helping to calm the mind. The slow flow allows time to focus on body alignment and breathing. The class will finish with relaxation.
· Slow Flow Yoga is suitable for all abilities.
· The class is drop-in so pop in when you’re free.
· Classes offer a non-competitive and relaxed atmosphere.
· Mats and props are provided but please feel free to bring your own.
Cost per drop in class is £6 (£5 for Concessions- which includes over 60, low income, unemployed or students)
