Kim’s combination of skills mean that she is able to offer her clients a unique approach to health and wellbeing coaching. Kim has a particular interest in the interconnectedness of wellbeing and lifestyle, and the way in which wellbeing is affected by lifestyle choices.
There is no single definition of ‘wellbeing’ rather it refers to a collection of diverse areas which impact on an individual’s emotions and overall happiness. Wellbeing is about having balance across the diverse areas of your life, taking into account your thoughts and feelings, and ensuring that wellbeing is linked to your own personal aspirational goals.
Cinnabar believes that wellbeing is the core to creating a happy and fulfilled life, yet many people are not living a life they love because they are not truly fulfilled. Cinnabar’s Coaching for Change ethos empowers clients to develop and maintain positive changes which will benefit their health and wellbeing.
Cinnabar offers a unique, structured coaching programme which is tailored to clients’ individual health and wellbeing needs. Whether it be a desire to improve your overall health, increase your vitality, rediscover your energy, expand your happiness, or change your lifestyle, your coach will be committed to supporting you to achieve your optimum goals.
In addition to the structured coaching programme, Cinnabar also offers ad-hoc/one-off coaching sessions to support clients with a specific health/wellbeing challenge. These sessions can be helpful to address a specific issue that is impacting your life. In addition, a one-off session can be a useful ‘taster’ if you are considering the structured programme.
Coaching sessions are delivered on a 1:1 basis, either in person, via Skype/Facetime, or a combination of both. Coaching sessions range from 45 minutes to 90 minutes depending on the type of session.
Cost As Cinnabar are new to The Wellington Centre, we’ll be offering new clients over 30% off our one-off sessions at an introductory price of £49.00 (usual price £75.00)
Booking Cinnabar offers a free 30-minute ‘discovery session’ to all new clients. This is a chance to find out more about the Cinnabar coaching process, and to ask any questions you might have about the structured programme. If you would like to go ahead with Health & Wellbeing Coaching, the first step is to schedule a discovery session so that we can discuss your specific needs.
