Sadhana for the Sara Lee Trust (Sunday)

To accommodate the bank holiday May's Sadhana will be held on Sunday 12th May 7am -9.30am - all welcome!

Sadhana at The Wellington Centre has been set up to provide a space for new and trainee kundalini yoga teachers to share their practice in a welcoming space where the local community can come together to move, to breathe to chant and become one.

Sadhana for the Sara Lee Trust (Sunday)

Sadhana will be held on the first Sunday morning of each month 7am-9.30am. The next gathering will be held on Sunday 7th April - all welcome!

Second Sunday Yoga with Hilary Totah

This is a once a month extended yoga class (on the second Sunday of the month).

The focus of the class is on awareness of the body and the breath and you are invited  to discover for yourselves a more natural and less tension driven way of working, exploring some familiar postures and allowing the body to unfold slowly. 

The class ends with a deeply relaxing guided meditation.

This class helps to; transform stress or worry into focus, clarity and action; stretch, strengthen and tone the body; bring a sense of peace, calm, certainty and purpose and leaves you feeling great!

Classes are open to all and suitable for those looking to cultivate a regular practice with a small group, in a welcoming space.

The next six week class starts on Monday 14th January 2019.
