Learn about the different chakras and their meanings. Learn how to control them and how to integrate little exercises and tricks into your daily life to keep them balanced.

We will be focussing on a different part each week with the outcome of all chakras well balanced at the end of this block.

Week 1 - Root and Sacral Chakra
Week 2 - Solar Plexus and Heart Chakra
Week 3 - Throat and Third Eye Chakra
Week 4 - Crown

A Mindfulness course is a chance to take a pause, to reflect on what’s important to you and to take care of yourself. The course integrates traditional meditation techniques with elements of cognitive behavioural therapy, yoga, chi gung and recent research into brain physiology and the effects of stress on the body.

Intro to TRE (Trauma Release Exercises) & Trauma Workshop

This Introductory Day is open to established shakers and new starters or therapists withing to explore a different approach to trauma healing. 

There will be a mixture of theory and practice with plenty of time to try the TRE exercises and explore the tremors in your body, ask questions and relax into shaking. I will introduce the basic theory of TRE, how tremors can be expressed in the body and how to recognise and slow down your 'defence cascades'.

Sadhana at The Wellington Centre has been set up to provide a space for new and trainee kundalini yoga teachers to share their practice in a welcoming space where the local community can come together to move, to breathe to chant and become one.
