Kundalini Yoga & Mediation with Yeli takes place in our Yoga Studio on Mondays from 7.30-9pm
The next six week course starts on Monday 9th April and runs until Monday 21st May (please note, there is no class on the Bank Holiday Monday 7th May)

Kundalini Yoga is often described as the yoga of awareness, it uses different combinations of asanas (posture), pranayam (breathing), mantra (sound), bandha (body locks) and deep meditation to connect the mind, body and soul.
Classes are open to all and suitable for those looking to cultivate a regular practice in a small group in a welcoming space.

Yeli has been practicing yoga since 2001 and teaching since 2010. Her teaching style is compassionate, uplifting and energising.
She is fully qualified and insured to teach (KRI, KYTA).
