Qi Gong for Everyone - 4th September to 2nd October
In this course you will learn 13 movements with the stick. The aim of the course is to develop balance, co-ordination and special awareness.
Harmonizing exercises of Qigong will balance the circulation of energy in the body; which help to achieve a balance of Yin and Yang.
Qi Gong exercises do not require any special physical training or special conditions. Anyone can do it. The key to the effectiveness of the training will be your determination to exercise regularly.
You can join the course anytime from the 4th September to 2nd October, Tuesday from 8:30 am to 9:30 am. Looking forward to seeing you.
