Come and join this four week meditation class at the Wellington Centre in Hastings.
Enjoy a four week meditation class focused on your chakra system - your life force energy.
Learn about the different chakras and their meanings. Learn how to control them and how to integrate little exercises and tricks into your daily life to keep them balanced.

We will be focussing on a different part each week with the outcome of all chakras well balanced at the end of this block.

Week 1 - Root and Sacral Chakra
Week 2 - Solar Plexus and Heart Chakra
Week 3 - Throat and Third Eye Chakra
Week 4 - Crown

No experience necessary.
No knowledge about Chakras necessary.

Please note that incense will be used ahead of the class to energetically cleanse and prepare the room for the meditation class. Incense usually used: White Sage and Palo Santo.
