Ashtanga Yoga is a healing and dynamic form of yoga. Experience the unique and pure simplicity of this ancient yoga method, which utilizes three key elements simultaneously: synchronising the breath with movement, a sequence of cleansing postures, and specific gaze points. This potent combination can bring about a transformation in the health of body, mind and spirit. The heat created internally by this dynamic practice is detoxifying and invigorating, whilst at the same time bringing equanimity to the mind and joy in the heart. Handouts are included to help encourage regular practice.

Places are limited to 12 students only. 
These places fill up quickly, so it is advised to book your space well in advance.

Andria is a dedicated and long time student of John Scott and David Swenson, and has also studied with Pattabhi Jois and Sharath Jois in Mysore, Nancy Gilgoff, David Garrigues, Lucy Crawford and David Keil. Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher with the Yoga Alliance (E-RYT) with 2000+ hours of teaching experience.
