Sarah Stephenson

Sarah trained as a classical pianist and has worked as a professional accompanist, Opera Repetiteur, Musical Director and Vocal Coach and has 20 years’ experience working with actors, singers, dancers and musicians at some of the leading universities and colleges in the UK.  She is a master teacher of the Estill Voice Training System, based on 30 years scientific research, and has worked on International courses in the UK, Europe, Scandinavia and Africa.

Sarah is also a qualified Sound Healing practitioner, a workshop tutor for the College of Sound Healing and leads sound meditations and sound workshops across the South East. At the end of 2017, she will  be running the first Sound Healing Practitioner Course in East Sussex. She believes that sound and vibration can have a profound effect on the individual’s mental, physical and emotional well-being. Using  her experience and in-depth knowledge, she helps individuals to explore the healing power of sound; guiding them on their personal sound journeys and facilitating a deeper exploration of the self.

Caroline Small

Caroline Small BSc (Hons) has been working with energy medicine and health and fitness extensively for the last 25 years.  She is a qualified ‘Colour’ and ‘Light’  practitioner, teacher and Lifestyle Coach, and  has taught  Colour Therapy and Intuitive workshops in the UK and abroad. Her belief is that light, together with colour and form is an ideal method of holistic healing for the 21st century. Her first introduction of colour was through an apprenticeship with Primrose Cooper: Author of  ‘The Power of Light’. including a workshop by Jacob Liberman: author of ‘Light Medicine of the Future’. This experience enabled Caroline to research her interest in colour which  led to her having ‘papers’ published in the new and exciting area of research, called ‘The Impact of Colour on Self-esteem during Exercise’ (British Journal of Sport Science, Feb 2010).  With her experience in her chosen topic growing Caroline has lectured at both Plymouth and Southampton Universities.

In 2010 Caroline created ‘Energy Dynamix’ a professional company offering colour consultancy and therapeutic services to promote self-empowerment, wellness of body, mind, emotions and spirit, bringing balance and harmony to all. Caroline uses an intuitive, proactive and structured approach tailored to the individual and their needs.
