A morning of mindfulness meditation: an opportunity to pause, reflect and replenish. Ruth will be leading a range of static and gentle movement based mindfulness practices. Participants will be encouraged to maintain silence for the majority of the morning in a warm, supportive atmosphere to allow a deeper practice and an inward focus. Suitable for those who have previous experience of meditation, and preferably mindfulness practice.
