Qi Gong Class for Everyone with Sigrid Selzer (Sunday)

In this class you will learn 13 movements with the stick. The aim of the class is to develop balance, co-ordination and special awareness. 

Harmonizing exercises of Qi Gong will balance the circulation of energy in the body; which help to achieve a balance of Yin and Yang. 

Qi Gong exercises do not require any special physical training or special conditions. Anyone can do it.
