Second Sunday Yoga with Hilary Totah

Taking place on the second Sunday each month, these classes are fun and informative, giving students a chance to take time and relax into the yoga. Students are encouraged to work within their ability and fitness levels.

The class will include:

  • Moving between soft and strong work

  • Focusing on simple postures, the breath and the natural movement of the spine and pelvis

  • Improving structural alignment and balance

  • Strengthening the core by engaging the the abdominal muscles and the pelvic floor

  • Finishing with a deeply relaxing lying down meditation
