This is a once a month extended yoga class (on the second Sunday of the month).
Hilary Totah is an experienced and inspiring teacher with over 35 years of working with the body and yoga. Her classes are enjoyable and informal.
The focus of the class is on awareness of the body and the breath and you are invited to discover for yourselves a more natural and less tension driven way of working, exploring some familiar postures and allowing the body to unfold slowly.
The class ends with a deeply relaxing guided meditation.
Please Note: This is not an advanced class but some knowledge of yoga is needed.
