These fortnightly workshops invite you to use expressive and creative writing as a way to connect and discover yourself. Expressive and creative writing are proven effective methods to help improve your wellbeing by releasing thoughts, seeing things from a different perspective and gaining clarity. The trained facilitators use a mixture of prompts from photos to objects, poetry and prose to enable you to let your words flow and to reflect upon them. In the workshop you are invited to share your words with the group but there is no pressure to do so.
