Learn about the different chakras and their meanings. Learn how to control them and how to integrate little exercises and tricks into your daily life to keep them balanced.

We will be focussing on a different part each week with the outcome of all chakras well balanced at the end of this block.

Week 1 - Root and Sacral Chakra
Week 2 - Solar Plexus and Heart Chakra
Week 3 - Throat and Third Eye Chakra
Week 4 - Crown

Sadhana at The Wellington Centre has been set up to provide a space for new and trainee kundalini yoga teachers to share their practice in a welcoming space where the local community can come together to move, to breathe to chant and become one.

Mindfulness and the New Year - Setting Intentions (Sunday)

After the busyness of the Christmas period, make some time for you: to rest, replenish, reflect and set your intentions for the year ahead.

The workshop will begin with guided mindfulness practices to support an inward focus and the settling of body, mind and emotions.  From this place of clearer vision you will then be invited to reflect on the year behind and the year ahead, taking note of what really matters to you and allowing this to guide you in your aims and choices for 2019. 

No previous experience necessary, all are welcome.
