Develop strength, stamina and flexibility in this dynamic yoga class with Andria. Suitable for beginners to Ashtanga Yoga with a reasonable level of fitness. The class will cover the three fundamental elements of the practice; the breathing system (vinyasa, and the ujjayi breath); the key foundational postures (asana); and the focus points (dristhi) to bring balance to mind and body. Hands on adjustments and modifications/variations will be given as necessary. The class concludes with guided relaxation.

Suitable for: Beginners to Ashtanga Yoga with a reasonable level of fitness. Not for complete beginners to Hatha Yoga.
