Gabriella Mendy

As an ex-dancer she has always been interested in how the body moves and over the years has gained a better understanding of what the body is capable of. Her yoga practice is based on spinal joint integrity, muscular strength and the understanding of the role of the nervous system.

With her musicality she intertwines that with her teaching whilst being connected to the ground and focusing on the spine and the breath whilst gaining body strength. Gabriella’s skills in teaching pregnancy yoga and vinyasa mirror each other beautifully and her yoga classes are seen as challenging but fun for everyone - true therapy for the body and mind.

 

 

Gabriella is holding Yoga Flow classes every Tuesday morning for adults of any age and ability. The class is a combination of yoga, dance and somatic practices (mind-body integration).

 

You will find yourself moving in new and unexpected ways that encourages fluidity in body and mind. This practice promotes a healthy spine, joints, muscular strength and increased body awareness.
