Her hands were warm right from the start - warm with the energy and healing she offers. The oils are prepared at the start of the session, depending on what I’ve said I need. Every time, I drift off into a kind of trance. I focus on my breathing and ask my body-mind to release any stuff that needs releasing, working with the massage Barbara is giving me. I’m so aware of how little touch my body receives - and how lovely it is to have someone touch me, safely, with trust and in a warm, secure, comfortable environment. She plays music - which I enjoy - and she’s fine with me not speaking during the treatment. I would highly recommend Barbara’s massages. She helps iron out the tension that’s built up in my body, smooth out the knots, tangles and jangles that have accumulated since the last time. Muchly appreciated, Barbara.”
