A Welcoming Haven

The Wellington Health & Wellbeing Centre is a beautiful venue for both client and therapist.

Spread over six floors, our spacious centre has two bright and airy studios with sea views and 12 treatment rooms all lovingly designed using Feng Shui principles to ensure your visit is welcoming and relaxing.

Conveniently located in Hastings Town Centre, a five-minute walk from the train station and a short stroll along the prom from the picturesque Old Town, The Wellington Health & Wellbeing Centre looks forward to warmly welcoming you and helping you address all your health and wellness needs.

Sole occupancy

There are no rooms currently available for hire on a sole occupancy basis. However, if you would like to put your name on a waiting list so we can contact you when a room becomes available, please let us know.

Session hire

Our treatment and consultation rooms are available for hire by the session every day of the week.
The morning session lasts from 08.00 am to 2.00 pm and the afternoon session lasts from 2.30 pm to 8.30 pm.
The cost of hiring a room for a morning or afternoon session each week is £100 per month, and the cost for a full day’s hire each week is £200 per month. Additional half days / days are charged pro rata.
Payment falls due on the first day of each month and is payable in advance by direct debit or bank transfer.

Room hire includes promotion through the Centre’s newsletter and social media posts, cleaning every day, reception service, and where appropriate, sharps bins and couch roll.

Affiliate membership

The opportunity exists for practitioners to promote their services on our website by having a profile.

The cost for having a profile created and hosted on our website is £25 per quarter payable in advance

Ad hoc hirings

We only accept ad hoc room hires from either practitioners already hiring a room on a regular sessional basis, or from affiliate members.

The rates for ad hoc hires are £15 per hour or £25 per morning or afternoon session.
Ad hoc hires are subject to availability and can only be taken up to one week in advance.

The Pilates and Yoga Studios

The studios are available for hire by the hour for classes and workshops.

Yoga Studio Hire

Our beautiful Yoga Studio is available to hire at £12 per hour for weekly classes. It is fully equipped with mats and bolsters.

We encourage our Yoga Studio practitioners to find people to cover their classes if they are having time off. However, there is an allowance of two week’s of classes off per annum without charge. After this allowance is used, practitioners need to pay for the space, even if they are not using it. Workshops

If you would like to hire the Yoga Studio to run a workshop the cost is £15.00 per hour.

What we need from you

Professional indemnity insurance and public liability insurance with a reputable company (please provide a copy)
Copy of the Covid-19 guidelines issued by your insurer and professional body
Copy of your certificates and diplomas
Copy of any membership and affiliations to professional organisations or federations
Signed contract (NB contracts are for six months and notice must be given at the end of month four)

What we offer

Reception

The centre provides a receptionist between 10am and 3.00pm Monday to Friday. Outside reception hours, the main door is closed for security reasons but can be operated from a phone located in each room so you can let your client in.

The Centre is open from 8am to 8.30pm Monday to Saturday. Practitioners are able pay a £25 deposit to have a front door key (this is refunded on return of the key). Alternatively, there is a door entry code.

Website & Social Media

The centre charges a set up fee of £25 for practitioners that want to be on the website. After that there is an annual fee of £25 to remain on the site, which includes two updates per year.
