Lucy is delighted to be joining the Wellington Centre where she will offer a range of holistic massage, Manual Lymphatic Drainage and soft tissue therapies.  Lucy is passionate about the benefits of massage for life long wellbeing.  

Lucy is the only Hastings based MLD-UK registered MLD practitioner, qualified to deliver FG-MLD, an evidence based treatment suitable for clients diagnosed with Lymphoedema, Lipoedema and chronic oedema.  Lucy also offers pre and post operative MLD treatments, Brazilian MLD with maderotherapy (body sculpting) and MLD for Arthritis, Asthma, Eczema, Fibromyalgia, ME, Chronic fatigue, Sinus problems, Migraines, Headaches, Pre-menstral syndrome

Lucy offers treatments for all ages and levels of fitness including adaptations for. pregnancy, oncology, children and teens.  Lucy also offers hot stones, warm bamboo, body cupping and spa facial treatments.

Qualifications

Diploma in FG-MLD from the Lymphoedema Training Centre in Stafford

L3 Diplomas in Holistic (Swedish), Raynor Naturopathic (Deep Tissue) and Sports Massage.

Diploma in Oncology Massage and Cancer Care

Advanced diploma in Pregnancy and Post-natal massage

Diploma in adapting massage for children with SEND and anxiety
