Louise Greidinger

Louise Greidinger (MBACP and BAPAM registered) Integrative Counsellor providing short and long-term support

Hi, I am an integrative counsellor working with adults and young people (16+).  Reaching out to a counsellor can feel daunting, I aim to offer a supportive and compassionate space where you can explore difficulties, develop self-understanding and find new ways forward.

My practice

I work collaboratively with clients, tailoring therapy to their individual needs and drawing on a range of therapeutic approaches. My practice is neurodivergent-informed and grounded in curiosity, reflection and an appreciation of each person's unique experience.

I work with a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, work-related stress, life transitions and questions around identity and belonging.  For more information please visit my website: louisegreidingercounselling.space.

My experience

I have particular experience working with people in creative and educational settings and am currently part of the counselling team at London Contemporary Dance School.  Creative work can bring unique rewards and also pressures including uncertainty, self-criticism and the challenge of balancing personal fulfilment with professional demands and I offer a space to explore this.  I also work within the charity sector, with a focus on young people as they navigate their late teens and adulthood.

I am a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and also a registered member of the British Association for Performing Arts Medicine (BAPAM).  I am insured, DBS checked and registered with the ICO.

Sessions

A 50-minute session with me is £60.  For all new clients, I offer an initial 50-minute session at a fee of £40.  This provides an opportunity for us to explore what has brought you to counselling, what you hope to gain from it and whether we feel like the right fit to work together.
