Manami Cheves - Member of The International Federation of Professional Aromatherapists and Association of Reflexologists. Originally from Tokyo where she worked as a fashion stylist, Manami has been practicing as a complementary therapist for over 10 years, since studying at the Tisserand Institute of Aromatherapy in London.

As well as offering a range of massage treatments, Manami is also a reflexologist who specializes in treatments for preconception and pregnancy and “Reflexology Lymph Drainage”. Manami can provide a range of treatments that include:

Reflexology Lymph Drainage (RLD)

RLD is an award winning reflexology technique which focuses on stimulating the lymphatic reflexes on the feet and hands. The aim is to cause an effect on the lymphatic system in the body. It is a unique sequence that has been researched and developed by Sally Kay, whilst working in Cancer Care. The results appear to support the theory of reflexology.
Lymphoedeama is deint as tissue swelling due to the failure of lymph drainage. Lymphatic Drainage Massage is used to treat conditions other than Lymphedema, and RLD may be used similarly.
RLD may be useful with the following conditions.

Qualifications

  • Diploma in Holistic Aromatherapy-Tisserand Institute of Aromatherapy.

  • Diploma in Reflexology/Diploma in Reflexology Preconception, Pregnancy & Post Natal Care/Diploma in Advanced Hand Reflexology-London School of Reflexology.

  • Diploma in Cranio-sacral Therapy - Collage of Cranio Sacral Therapy
