Pregnancy massage is a therapeutic bodywork that focuses on the specific needs of pregnant women. It can help with aches and pains, improve circulation, and relieve mental and physical fatigue. Pregnancy massage can be offered from 12 weeks’ gestation.

For this 60 minute session, clients lie on their side, cocooned with plenty of pillows.
