Equipment Pilates * Vitamin Clinic * Wellbeing Packages

As a GOsC-registered Osteopath and qualified Pilates instructor, my passion is to help people achieve their optimum health and vitality through movement and a whole-person approach to well-being. My aim is to support you in moving more freely, confidently, and joyfully through life. While I am not currently offering osteopathic treatment, my osteopathic training continues to inform my teaching and the personalised support I provide through equipment Pilates and well-being programmes.

My approach is gentle, patient-centred, and tailored to your individual needs, allowing your mind and body to adapt to subtle changes at their own pace, with the ultimate goal of helping you move with greater ease and confidence.

My passion for health and movement led me to train as a Pilates instructor while working in the corporate sector, where I regularly volunteered in health and well-being initiatives. After qualifying, I worked closely with a range of medical practitioners, chiropractors, and physiotherapists, witnessing first-hand how the combination of manual therapy and Pilates could promote long-term stability, flexibility and overall well-being. Seeing the positive impact this approach had on patients inspired me to fulfil my long-held ambition of becoming an osteopath.

I chose to study the four-year, full-time Master of Osteopathy degree at the European School of Osteopathy (ESO), attracted by its strong emphasis on cranial and paediatric osteopathy. The curriculum included two years of cranial osteopathy training and the opportunity to work within the ESO's infant and children's clinic - an experience I found both invaluable and deeply rewarding. Alongside my core studies, I also spent additional time in the headache and chronic pain clinics, further developing my understanding of the relationship between the body, mind, and persistent pain.

My osteopathic approach is centred around cranial osteopathic principles, offering a gentle approach to treatment. I have a particular interest in working with people living with chronic health conditions, including post-viral fatigue, who wish to return to exercise safely and confidently. I also have a special interest in scar treatment and helping the body adapt and recover following injury or surgery.

I regularly help patients with neck and back pain, headaches, frozen shoulder, sciatica, fibromyalgia, ME/CFS, Long COVID, tennis and golfer's elbow, arthritis, and foot conditions, including bunions and associated pain.

I also run a Vitamin Clinic at The Centre. For more info, please click here

Having offered vitamin B12 injections for several years, I have now expanded my clinic to offer a wider range of vitamin services, including Biotin, Glutathione, Vitamin B Complex and Vitamin D.

I am offering complimentary Vitamin Information Sessions, giving you the opportunity to find out more, ask questions, and explore whether vitamin therapy may be suitable for you.

I believe my own journey with injury rehabilitation and health challenges, alongside many years of martial arts, weight training, and gymnastics, further enriches the care and support I provide. My personalised programmes often incorporate breathing techniques, nervous system regulation, movement, and exercise to support long-term recovery and well-being.

I currently work in Hastings on Wednesdays and Fridays.
