Grace Kishino

YOGA

Grace is a mum and yoga teacher who loves to help you care for your well-being through meditative and compassionate yoga practice. She creates a safe and inclusive space so you can relax, unwind and explore the nourishing nature of yoga.  

Originally from London, she moved to Tokyo in 2002 to study aikido and began yoga there in 2005, infusing a Japanese influence into her yoga classes.

Yin Yoga with Grace
Yin Yoga is a slow and passive form of yoga where we hold poses for around 3 minutes. Benefits often include release of stress and anxiety, improved flexibility, fascia release, improved joint mobility, settling the nervous system and calming the mind.
