Andrew Dunne
Andrew has been practicing different styles of therapeutic breathwork for over 15 years. In 2020, after 11 years of journeying with his own meditative practice, he felt it was time to deepen his learning and spent 4 years acquiring a professional diploma in Rebirthing breathwork with the AIR school in the UK.
During this time, he immersed himself deeply in the transformational nature of the course structure which included not just the science and practice of Rebirthing but the entire spectrum of psycho-spiritual journeying: how birth, perinatal, past life and ancestral influences affect life experiences, childhood trauma, development and inner child work, achieving and navigating altered states of consciousness, how to discover and address limiting beliefs, relationships, sexuality and identity, the law of attraction and the nature of the soul and its migrations and transmigrations.
In addition to having an ongoing love for breathwork and yoga practice, Andrew is an EFT and Matrix Reimprinting practitioner, a keen sea swimmer and also works with Rife frequency-healing technology.

Class Description. “Dynamic Breathwork"
In the book “Molecules of Emotion”, neuroscientist Candace Pert tells us “Your body is your subconscious mind and you can’t heal it by talk alone” This is the foundational understanding of the class and we begin by welcoming all parts of you and your unique journey through this world.
We warm up with a variety of slow, nurturing somatic processes, allowing the body to lead through pandiculation and softening/unwinding of the fascia before moving into more energy-based techniques: waking up the meridians, turning on the vision and vestibular system, activating the cerebellum, visualisation and synchronising the hemispheres of the brain.
The second half of the class is a powerful “meditation through breath” if you like. The techniques employed encourage the release of prolactin, vasopressin, and oxytocin via vagal afferents to the hypothalamus and pituitary gland. This subsequently leads to numerous autonomic nervous system changes including improved heart rate variability, improved cognition, improvement in gut-brain communication and many other physical and psycho-spiritual benefits. Our final destination is complete relaxation and Yoga nidra.
