Reiki level 1 class with Barbara Jack

An opportunity to be attuned to Reiki level 1, and learn how to channel this beautiful energy both for yourself and for friends and family.
Barbara has been a practicing Reiki healer for over 20 years, qualifying as an Usui Reiki master in 2017.
The price for the class is £150 and participants will receive 4 Reiki attunements on the day, and will learn the history of the technique and how to channel the energy for themselves and others, with time in class to practise the techniques.
Note, this class does not qualify participants to practise as a Reiki therapist. This attunement allows you to channel for yourself, and friends and family. The Reiki 2 class is a practitioner level qualification, and will be available in 2026.
