There is a power that comes when women gather…

Our womb circle is a place for women to just 'be', to listen, to be heard, to be seen
and to be witnessed……….

As women we are often estranged from our wisdom, cut off from our connection
to our own healing, the sisterhood, and our Mother Earth.
We all carry scars, often carried alone.

These circles offer a place of sanctuary, a place to reconnect, to go within, to make new connections, a place many of us don’t recognise we need, until we return there.

This circle is welcoming and supportive. We chat, we share, we laugh, we cry, and we hold ceremony in a supportive and nurturing environment.
Circle is open to all women of all ages.

Womb ceremonies are about reconnecting to our inner knowledge and wisdom.
I have lost part of my womb, but I am still connected to it energetically.
All sisters can engage in this work whether you have all, none, or part of your womb, energetically we are fully connected.

Come join us sister, you are most welcome.

Valentine's Cacao Ceremony: Leaning into Love

  • Wellington Square Health & Wellbeing Centre (map)

Whether you are single or married or anything in between, your relationship with yourself is the key to your ability to love your life, and everyone in it.

I spent decades hating myself and having disastrous relationships. I was desperately seeking the love I couldn’t give myself from other people. With such low self-worth the people I were attracting were not helping me heal. It wasn’t until very violent rock-bottom partner I lived with ended in a crown court case, that I heeded the wake-up call and addressed the real issue: my inability to love and cherish myself.

Over a decade later and I have turned my life around from self-sabotage to self-celebration. I attract more beauty, prosperity and consideration than I thought possible and it all started with having the courage to open my heart and let love in, and my love out.

Whether you want to call in a lover, spice up a marriage or heal a crack in a friendship, this is a ceremony to bathe in the frequency of love, and learn to use it as the superpower it is. Lean in or lean out, the choice is yours.

Who is the facilitator:

I am Sarah, a Yorkshire woman, a trained Shamanic Womb Practitioner and Facilitator, Shamanic Practitioner, Therapeutic and Clinical Massage Therapist, Acupuncturist, Aromatherapist, Reflexologist, and Integrative Counsellor.

I run a private practice as well as leading a team of social prescribers.
I previously managed a team of therapists in hospice and was a member of a
working alliance of Complementary Therapists for PAN London.

Like all women I have a wounding. My wounding, like many of us is deep and painful.
I’ve experienced significant trauma resulting in infertility and PTSD amongst other things.

I never wanted to be defined as a victim, nor a survivor, but I innately knew I needed to heal.
I stepped onto a healing path in my twenties, travelled through India, Nepal and
Central and South America, soul searching and healing.

I support other people going through their healing journeys and run women’s circles.
I have walked with Goddess throughout my life, and I continue with my own healing,
which is an ongoing process, as the different layers rise to be heard and healed.

I come to you from a place of knowing, walking the path, and lived experience,
this has been a life journey for me, one I choose, so I can facilitate and
support other women during their Earth Walk of reconnection and healing.

Qigong Workshop Ba Duan Jin or 8 Pieces of Brocade

4th February 9.30-12.30pm at the Wellington Center, TN34 1PN

The earliest written record of Ba Duan Jin dates from the Northern Song (pronounced soong) Dynasty (960–1279)

Ba means eight, Duan means pieces or sections, and Jin refers to the finest silk, or brocade. Jin has the connotation of a person’s best, most precious and decorative possession. The Ba Duan Jin Qi Gong is composed of eight postures, and the name suggests that this form of exercise is the most valuable thing a person could have.

The physical stretching movements stimulate the flow of Qi through the meridians, improving strength and flexibility of the entire body. It is practiced to improve health, and to calm and heal the mind, body and spirit. It is known for its simplicity and effectiveness.

Following these exercises a short introduction to standing meditation. Relax and feel. Stand like a tree.

This Workshop is suitable for all levels. Please email me at info@qigongclass.co.uk or call me on 07492 209190 if you have any questions or would like to attend the workshop.

Fee is £65 for all sessions, the full amount is payable when you book your place.

Fee is non-refundable.

New Year Cacao Ceremony: Release, Reset: Rise

Love it, or loathe it...  The new year can bring a sense of expansion and possibility, or once more unto the slog dear friends.  Working with the Gregorian calendar, the Celtic wheel or prayer, this is a potent time for remembering to give to yourself before you give to others.  Of going within to connect to your heart, desires and visions, before you fill the diary and start saying yes out of default.

January can have a sense of its darkest just before dawn about it. Whether this year you are feeling the newness as an opportunity or fear of the unknown, you are invited to carve out this time for yourself, to come into alignment with heart and head, that you may begin with clarity, peace and faith for the year ahead.

This cacao ceremony is an opportunity to deepen your roots into your support, community and strength; that you may feel safe to unpeel and open your heart wider to all that you are welcoming in.

A held pace to breathe deeper, exhale longer and empty into the mystery of what the year may unfold, knowing that as you reconnect to the joy and truth of being on the planet. You can make this a year like never before.

“Helen, you are a badass weaver of deep and powerful magic.” Holly. S

CACAO CEREMONY:

There is a reason everyone loves chocolate. However, the bar in the shiny wrapper is just the beginning and a poor relative, to the transformative power of ceremonial grade cacao. Ancient civilizations have used this plant in its purest form for healing the mind, body and spirit. Called the ‘food of the shift’, it is prophesied that when humans forget how to live in harmony with the planet, cacao will spread around the globe to bring people back to their hearts. I believe the biggest addiction on the planet is to our lack of self-love, and when we begin to heal that, we can dissolve the archetype of the tortured artist, unleash create levels of creativity and heal our relationship with ourselves. When we can learn to self-acceptance and celebration within we can begin to change the world with not only our work, but by our very being-ness.

Ceremonial-grade cacao is the medicine we need to remember how to truly love ourselves unconditionally and be in the present moment, kicking overwhelm out the window. It sends up 40% more blood around the brain, allowing us to really think beyond our limiting beliefs and develop new capacities to focus without the rush and crash of caffeine. Ceremonial grade cacao heightens our senses, heightening our connection with our body, it detoxes our systems and opens our hearts.

"I have been to hundreds of ceremonies over the last 30 years of running a retreat centre. Helen’s cacao ceremony in Ibiza really was one of the most beautiful and heartfelt ceremonies I have ever been a part of. I had profound realisations, felt a deep connection to my family and that was because of her heart, her knowledge, her light and the beautiful and safe space she created!” Kezia Kaur, Therapist, Healer, Life Coach, Founder & CEO, Ashiana Retreats on Helen Millar

Some of the benefits you may receive at this cacao ceremony retreat:

Cacao enables us to feel safe to open our hearts and receive the healing we create once that happens. Held in your own healing field, the power of the plant is then able to work with your system on a much deeper cellular level. About the Space:

The Wellington Centre is quite simply Sussex’s finest venue for wellness. The calm and welcoming centre was founded by Jo Fairley and her husband, after disrupting the mainstream experience of chocolate by creating Green and Blacks Chocolate, they brought their second passion to life in Hastings by creating the wellness centre in this stunning Regency Town House. The Centre has been designed in line with feng shui principles, adding mirrors, water and wood elements and specific colours to create the most restful, positive environment possible. The combination of love and appreciation for beauty and the benefits of chocolate and healing makes this the ideal location for a cacao ceremony.

Situated beside the green, the energy of the studio is one of peace and serenity, the huge sash windows let in plenty of light showing views of Hastings Castle above us and the glistening sea below. There are big recalibrations taking place I have started to paint! I also just wanted to share the gratitude I have for this process, space and container, the divine, and journey.” Jane

Pranakirtan contunues the bhakti journey at the wonderful Wellington Centre for an evening of chanting from the heart, on Sunday 19th November at 7pm.

We'd love you to join us for our chanting event in this beautiful venue as we sing together to cleanse and uplift the soul.

Kirtan is yoga for the voice, a musical meditation that invites the participants to drop into the space of the heart as the mind stills as it focuses on the repetition of beautiful sacred words and mantras, fused with potency, and beautiful melodies to touch the chords of the heart.

Kirtan is from the Bhakti Path of Yoga, the path of the heart, and this truly is a heart-centred practice for centring, opening and releasing, in the gentlest of ways.

No experience is necessary, we'll share simple chants and songs, manly in a call-and-respose format where a line is sung, and then the invitation is to repeat it back, and so on, creating a circle of sound with deep resonance and flow.   Wonderful tones emerge as we blend our voices with natural acoustic sounds of drum and mellow harmonium.

Drawing inspiration from the likes of Mooji Sangha, Krishna Das, Jai Uttal, Nikki Slade, Sivani Mata, Deva Premal and Miten, as well as sharing original Western-style kirtan songs, there will be a divine mix for the heart and soul 🙂

Tickets by donation via the Eventbrite link, please email pranakirtan@gmail.com for more information or to book, click here

I look forward to singing with you
