Every month for the Full Moon we come together in sacred community to release the past and realign with our highest intentions.
Join Tam for an immersive journey as we meet the deeply spiritual Full Moon in Pisces. Shining in the intuitive, fluid sign of the Fish, this lunation creates a potent cosmic threshold centered on profound emotional release, heightened intuition, and divine connection. Pisces invites us to quiet the analytical mind, let go of heavy emotional baggage, and dissolve outdated personal stories or self-doubt that no longer serve us. It is a gentle yet powerful reminder of our universal connection and deep compassion—for both ourselves and others.
Using a plethora of therapeutic instruments, including gongs and crystal singing bowls, Tam will lead a sacred community immersion to help you navigate your inner waters with ease. It is a moment of deep nourishment and quiet introspection, designed to help you release old burdens, trust your inner wisdom, and step into a space of complete surrender and peace.

Timings & Details:
18:25 – Please arrive at least 5 minutes before start time
18:30 – Sound Immersion starting with a guided meditation, Yoga Nidra (Yogic Sleep) and/or pranayama (breathing) exercises

NB. Open to all levels and requires no previous experience. Please avoid caffeine a couple of hours prior to the session and alcohol on the day of the session. Wear comfortable warm clothes and bring extra layers as body temperatures drop during the deep meditative states.
PLEASE NOTE: Not suitable for those in their first trimester of pregnancy or anyone with a pacemaker, and individuals with tinnitus or hearing aids should exercise extra care as the intense acoustic frequencies can be highly stimulating. (Unless this has been discussed with a health professional and you’re happy to attend at your own risk).
