Kundalini Yoga is often described as the yoga of awareness, we use different combinations of asanas (posture), pranayama (breathwork), mantra (sound), bandha (body locks) and deep meditation to connect the mind, body and soul. Classes are open to all and suitable for those curious about the benefits of kundalini yoga and meditation 🙏.
