Join Tam for an immersive journey as we meet the grounding Taurus Full Hunter’s Moon. Rising in the steady, sensual sign of the Bull, this sacred lunation invites us to slow down after seasonal shifts, root into the physical body, and return to simplicity, comfort, and deep somatic stability. Taurus reminds us that true peace begins in the nervous system—making this moon an ideal time to lay down inner tension, reconnect with your senses, cultivate self-worth, and anchor into an unwavering feeling of safety and sanctuary.
Using a plethora of therapeutic instruments, including gongs and crystal singing bowls, Tam will lead a sacred community immersion to help you navigate your inner waters with ease. It is a moment of deep nourishment and quiet introspection, designed to help you release old burdens, trust your inner wisdom, and step into a space of complete surrender and peace.

18:25 – Please arrive at least 5 minutes before start time
18:30 – Sound Immersion starting with a guided meditation, Yoga Nidra (Yogic Sleep) and/or pranayama (breathing) exercises

NB. Open to all levels and requires no previous experience. Please avoid caffeine a couple of hours prior to the session and alcohol on the day of the session. Wear comfortable warm clothes and bring extra layers as body temperatures drop during the deep meditative states.
PLEASE NOTE: Not suitable for those in their first trimester of pregnancy or anyone with a pacemaker, and individuals with tinnitus or hearing aids should exercise extra care as the intense acoustic frequencies can be highly stimulating. (Unless this has been discussed with a health professional and you’re happy to attend at your own risk).
