In 2024, while eight months pregnant, I trained as a Hypnobirthing teacher with Love Your Birth. This experience ignited a deep fascination with the transformative power of Hypnobirthing and its ability to help individuals have the most positive and empowering birthing experience possible. I am passionate about guiding women and their birth partners to feel confident, excited, and empowered as they approach childbirth, and I am committed to shifting the narrative surrounding birth from fear and pain to one of strength and joy.
