I started using the facilities at the Wellington Health and Wellbeing Centre 12 months ago. It has such a calm, welcoming atmosphere and is quite simply a great space for me to meet and support my counselling clients. Many of my clients also mention how much they enjoy coming here and the friendliness and warmth of everyone they meet.

I qualified as a counsellor just under 10 years ago and since then have worked with many women and men of all ages, backgrounds and ethnicities, requiring therapeutic support due to emotional challenges, psychological difficulties or generally struggling with life in the broadest sense.
