In this friendly workshop, we’ll explore how mind and body work as one, how old unconscious habits shape the way we respond to the world, and how small shifts in attention can open the door to greater comfort and vitality. Whether you’re completely new to the Alexander Technique or looking to deepen previous experience, this session offers tools you can continue to develop long after the workshop ends.

We will do a bit of mat work so comfortable trousers would be good for this, rather than skirts.
