Barley Dellaway is a dedicated educator with 20 years’ experience and has a gentle, non-judgemental approach to teaching.
Return is an 8-week mindfulness programme designed to help you meet daily life with greater ease, awareness, and curiosity. It is based on mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR), a structured, evidence-based programme designed to cultivate awareness by bringing attention to the present moment with intention, and without judgement.
