Gentle Yoga

This class is aimed at people who want an easier, more gentle class.

Ideal for people over 50 who are not as flexible as they once were, people who are recovering from illness or injury or people who have not done exercise for a while.
We will work with simple postures, the breath and alignment, followed by a deeply relaxing lying down meditation.
