Using the transformative vibrations of gongs and crystal singing bowls, this sacred gathering supports you in aligning with Leo Full Moon's themes of radiant self-expression and authentic living.
What to Expect:
18:25 – Doors open (please arrive at least 5 minutes early)
18:30 – Sound Immersion begins with guided meditation, Yoga Nidra (Yogic Sleep), and/or pranayama (breathing exercises)

Open to all levels and no previous experience needed. Wear comfortable, warm layers as body temperatures naturally drop during deep meditative states. Please avoid caffeine a few hours before and alcohol on the day of the session.
