A session to support those experiencing peri/menopausal symptoms; physical aches and pains, anxiety, depression, fatigue, insomnia, hot flushes, brain fog, memory loss and more, and a chance to talk about our experiences in a safe and supportive space, in the company of other's in this life transition.
Not sure if you have entered peri or menopause? If you are 40+ and experiencing some of these symptoms, then it is highly likely. Even if you're not sure, come and join the conversation and enjoy a nurturing practice to help you feel a little more balanced, and more positive about this life transition.
Refreshments provided. Wear comfortable clothing. All mats and equipment provided but feel free to bring your own if you prefer. Modifications given various levels.
