Handstands, Arm Balances & Headstands Workshop
Handstands are truly magical — they are expansive, fun, empowering ,challenging and so much more! Handstands and arm balances build strength and stability in the arms, shoulders, and upper body, while turning our world upside down in ways that stimulate the nervous system, expand awareness, and challenge what we believe is possible. Their energetic counterpart, headstands, offer a more grounding, inward pathway toward meditation and relaxation.
We are delighted to announce that Andy will be teaching a workshop exploring handstands, arm balances, and headstands. In this workshop he will be paying special attention to shoulder anatomy, safe technique, and supportive exercises to build strength, balance, and confidence — wherever you’re starting from.

Suitable for yoga practitioners with at least two years of regular practice (not suitable for beginners). Spaces are limited to 12, so early booking is recommended.
