Join us as we step into flow with the seasons and emerge into the gently lengthening days, sharing kundalini yoga & meditation practices, to cultivate a grounded foundation, from which we can raise our energies to meet the challenges, possibilities and opportunities in the year ahead. Kundalini Yoga is often described as the yoga of awareness, we use different combinations of asanas (posture), pranayama (breathwork), mantra (sound), bandha (body locks) and deep meditation to connect the
mind, body and soul. Classes are open to all and suitable for those curious about the benefits of kundalini yoga and meditation 🙏.

About Yeli: Yeli has been practicing yoga since 2001 and teaching since 2010. Her teaching style is compassionate, uplifting and energising. She marries the ancient tradition of kundalini yoga with evolving wisdom and practices from the kundalini yoga medicine series, which are sequences
of postures curated by her own teacher. She is an experienced yoga teacher (2000+ hours) and is insured to teach with Yoga Alliance Professionals (YAP).
