Full Moon Gong Bath: The Sagittarius Strawberry Moon 

Every month for the Full Moon we come together in sacred community to release the past and realign with our highest intentions.

Join Tam for an immersive journey under the high summer sky as we meet the Full Moon in Sagittarius, traditionally known as the Strawberry Moon. Shifting from the quiet waters of late spring into a fiery lunar phase, this moon shines in an adventurous, expansive, and optimistic zodiac sign. Ruled by Jupiter—the planet of luck and wisdom—this lunation is all about seeking new perspectives, embracing your deepest truth, and breaking through old limitations. It is a cosmic green light pushing us to step outside our comfort zones, take a leap of faith, and focus on personal growth.

Using a plethora of therapeutic instruments, including gongs and crystal singing bowls, Tam will lead a sacred community immersion to help you navigate your inner waters without emotional turbulence. It is a moment of deep nourishment and quiet introspection, designed to help you release protective walls that no longer serve you, manage your energy, and realign with a profound sense of inner sanctuary and peace.

18.30 - Sound Immersion starting with a guided meditation, Yoga Nidra (Yogic Sleep) and/or pranayama (breathing) exercises

NB. 

Open to all levels and requires no previous experience. Please avoid caffeine a couple of hours prior to the session and alcohol on the day of the session. Wear comfortable warm clothes and bring extra layers as body temperatures drop during the deep meditative states. 

PLEASE NOTE: **Not suitable for anyone suffering from epilepsy, in the first trimester of pregnancy or carrying a pacemaker, unless this has been discussed with a health professional and you’re happy to attend at your own risk.
