Join us as we step into flow with the seasons and emerge into the gently lengthening days, sharing kundalini yoga & meditation practices, to cultivate a grounded foundation, from which we can raise our energies to meet the challenges, possibilities and opportunities in the year ahead. Kundalini Yoga is often described as the yoga of awareness, we use different combinations of asanas (posture), pranayama (breathwork), mantra (sound), bandha (body locks) and deep meditation to connect the mind, body and soul.
